With the arrival of Peak Oil, the curtain has closed on Act 1 of the drama Petroleum Man. What will happen in Act 2? It would be interesting to know what kind of maneuvers they will take part in. Possibly making mock runs at Venezuela to help them test their defense readiness against a US attack. Exercise of coordination of combined Venezuelan and Russian aircraft. Or perhaps just a gesture to send a message to Washington.
I wonder what the US reaction would be if Russia stationed bombers in Cuba and Venezuela? (Not that I think that is likely).
